We do not collect or store your payment card details — Cash on Delivery is our only payment method today.

Resend — our transactional email provider, used to send order confirmations and status updates.
Delivery personnel — your name, address and phone number are shared only as needed to deliver your order.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data security

Your account and order data is protected by row-level access controls so that it is only ever visible to you and to authorised staff, and is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax and warranty-support obligations.
